Neill Thompson has been an expert witness since 2003. He has expertise in personal injury claims involving cases of adult musculoskeletal trauma and in particular trauma involving the shoulder joint. He provides expert opinion on work related shoulder complaints. He has acted extensively for both the plaintiff and defendant and in medical negligence cases. Reports will be returned in a timely fashion. If you require urgent reports, by prior arrangement they can be forwarded within 24 hours of examining the client.
He has considerable experience in giving oral evidence in both the High Court and County court. He is normally available for court attendance on the second and fourth Tuesday morning of each month but can be available on other days by special arrangement with advance notice.
