How to Pay
Insured Patients
- If you have private health insurance we can work directly with your insurance company. However it is important that you contact your insurance company before commencing and throughout consultations and treatment;
- It is essential that you provide your insurance company membership number and obtain a pre-authorisation number prior to any consultation or treatment;
- Your insurance company will inform you if any excess applies to your policy. You are responsible for the payment of any such excess;
- Talk to your insurance provider about specific requirements they need to process your claim such as:-
- GP referral;
- Completion of claim form;
- Level of cover.
Self Paying Patients
- As a self paying patient you are responsible for settling your bill;
- Payment can be made by cash, credit card or BACS;
- Prices for consultations and treatment may be obtained by contacting my office on 02897 521143 or via the Contact Me page
Payments by Solicitors, Sports Clubs, Employers and Associations
